Shampoo

Okay, so honestly.... when I bought this dress, and even when I put it on, I was not thinking of any costume in particular.  I just thought of it more as a general "China Doll" I guess.  Simply put, I loved it and just wanted to wear it! ;)  I found the dress in a Halloween store and had it on hand.  I didn't want to wear any "major" costume costumes to ImagiCon on our 2nd day there, so I put it on.

But after having worn it, I realized that it is incredibly close to Shampoo, from Ranma 1/2, when she wears the red dress!  Granted, YaYa's version is the best! :) but when I got to looking at my ImagiCon photos, in the shot with me and her where we're both in the red dress, I realized she was actually dressed as a character... and not just in a red dress.... LOL!

So, I guess I can actually say that I have an Anime character costume now?  I just won't wear the stockings with it next time, and will see about a yellow sash and some red shoes, haha.
